Our process

How credentialing works with us

A provider can't bill a payer until enrollment is complete, so we run every payer in parallel and report on all of them weekly.

  1. Intake and document check

We collect licenses, DEA, board certification and malpractice history, and flag anything missing or about to expire.

  2. Profile and application prep

We build or update the CAQH profile and prepare each payer application to be complete the first time.

  3. Submit and track

Each application is filed and logged, so you can see where every payer stands.

  4. Payer follow-up

We chase status on a fixed schedule and answer information requests quickly so nothing sits in a queue.

  5. Effective date and upkeep

We confirm effective dates before billable visits are scheduled, then track renewals and re-attestations.

FAQ

Common questions

Straightforward answers on timelines, security and pricing.

How long does payer enrollment take?

It varies by payer, and 60 to 120 days is common. Complete applications, a current CAQH profile and regular payer follow-up are what shorten it most.

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before we access any patient information.

What do you need from us to get started?

A provider list, the payers you want to enroll with, current licenses and other credentials, and authorization to act for you where the payer requires it. Each service page lists exactly what we need, for example for initial credentialing or commercial payer enrollment.

Do you manage CAQH profiles?

Yes, when you give us access. We build or update the profile, upload documents and handle re-attestation. See CAQH profile management.

How is pricing structured?

Credentialing is quoted per provider and payer, as a project bundle, or as monthly support. Government and state fees are passed through at cost and listed separately. See our engagement options. We'll send a written quote after a short call.

Can we start with just one provider or payer?

Yes. Many clients start with a single provider or payer and add more as they grow.

Do you handle billing beyond credentialing?

Credentialing is our focused service today. Our team's broader revenue cycle background spans billing, coding and AR, so if that's what you need, just mention it when you reach out and we'll talk it through.
